I have had alignment issues lately with my 03 Tundra. It has a 3" front lift with SPC UCA and 285/70/17 tire. The inner and outer tie rods are pretty new, lower control arms & OEM lower ball joints are new, and just installed 333 Fab steering rack clamp with total chaos bushings just to be safe. I think something to do with the lower cam bolts is moving over time. I have a good alignment guy who gets it dialed in every time but somehow something is getting out of whack. Has anyone had any luck with upgraded aftermarket cam tabs such as these? Stop Cam Alignment Kit - Toyota Tacoma/4Runner - Bison Off Road. These seem to be different than 333 Fab's cam lockout kit, these ones seem to actually have some adjustment in them just with a design that would lock into the frame tabs a lot better than OEM style. I also have SPC UCA, so some adjustment could be done up top also.

Are they oem cam sleeves/bolts or aftermarket?

OEM is on the truck right now. Don't do any hard offroading, mostly just the beach and light trails.

Well, since you have SPC uppers and what sounds like an alignment guy that knows how to adjust them, get the lockouts.

Just install them as close to orientation that a good alignment is at and let them fine tune with the SPC uppers.

That's what I was thinking too. This shop I found actually specializes in aftermarket adjustable suspension. Took me years to find someone local like that.
