Hi all, I need some nerd assistance.I installed ANZO headlights on my 2025 tundra. The high and low beams aren’t working. I called their support and they told me to check connections and wiring. Everything is good. Then told me to try putting the OEM headlights back and see if those work. I did on one of the sides - oem work. They had no clue and will work on getting me replacements. But I’m thinking there’s another solution to this. 2 brand new headlights aren’t working ? The turn signals and 4 way flashers are working but the high and low beams aren’t. What could be possible solutions. Everything seems to be plug and play. Connections were perfect.

My guess would be that the headlight LED's were installed (or soldered) backwards when it was manufactured. You can test this by reversing the polarity if you know which pins are for power and ground.

I wonder if Anzo makes different plug pin configurations for standard headlights and premium LED headlights. If they do you may have connectors for premium headlights. Might be worth asking the question.

They don’t make headlights for oem projector headlights I don’t believe. Mine are the standard ones. They verified everything via my vin number. Still couldn’t find a solution for me. They said they’ll replace the set so I’m hoping maybe that’ll help but I’m not hopeful

Can you connect 12v directly to their lights to see if they work at all? Also to see if their polarity is correct.

is it possible some plugs were connected the wrong way (polarity) from the ANZO headlights to the tundra harness ? I know on our older ones, it was possible to make that mistake when connecting. Not sure on the gen3s. check and recheck kinda thing.
