Where you going? Favorite way to travel? Best place you've ever been? A thread for all things vacation.

I'm pretty excited, heading back to Bermuda in a few weeks. We were there last April on a cruise, but our time in port got cut short due to some bad weather, so we're flying in this time. From the little that I saw, it's a beautiful place with very friendly people, and for me its only a 2hr flight.

    Man thats a tough one!!!
The Wife and I really like Negril Jamaica.
We usually go a couple times a year.....for various reasons.:rasta:
Would Highly recommend Idle Awhile on the beach and Rock House on the Cliffs.
Rockhouse is a bit more swanky than Idle Awhile and my favorite of the two.

One of the cool things about Negril....
You can go back year after year and the same people are working in the places you stay.
And they actually remember you year after year.
At first I thought it was just a gimmick but they'll bring up things management wouldnt know.

Favorite place was Tallinn, Estonia. Helsinki a short ferry ride away. Europe lets you climb on stuff, no lawsuit issues. Tomorrow leaving from Orlando on a boat, ending up in Barcelona. Love the weather in the Caribbean most islands seem to have the same vibe. Belize is really cool, great people, easy currency conversion.

I'll never forget the trip to Greece!!!
My Father God Rest His Soul, was the head of the NBA Trainers assoc. and Head Trainer of the Houston Rockets.
Every Year the owner of the Rockets Tilman Fertitta would spring for a top notch trip for the whole team.
Stayed in Athens for a week and then a week on Corfu an island in the Mediterranean.
Seeing the Acropolis,Akrotiri and a crap load of other ancient Greek ruins was Mind Blowing!!!
I had a hard time grasping that I was walking on a structure that was built in the 5th Century BCE!!!
And the best part.....I was 15 and all the Women went topless at the beach!!!

The U.S. is chock full of amazing places people never visit. Just got back from a trip out west to northern AZ and southern Utah circumnavigating the Grand Canyon. Spent time at the GC, Zion, Antelope and Bryce Canyon. Hiked a bunch, Kayaked, visited breweries, had a blast. Out of country relaxing? Hard to beat Mexico for it's bang for the buck and great service. All-inclusives in Cancun are great. We like Atelier and the Secrets properties the best. A week of zero responsibilities to just relax and enjoy great scenery, golf, food and drinks. And each other.

Nothing yet except for some LED interior & exterior bulbs.
We went to Marathon, FL for a week this February and it was a great place to just relax. We rented a place with a pool and on a canal and it was great to get a midwinter break from the cold winter in the northeast. We took a day trip to Key West and while it was nice for a day I preferred Marathon as it wasn't so touristy. We flew down and I've gotta say the government regulations have made flying a thoroughly un-enjoyable experience which I try to avoid.

You can say that again. There are so many places I want to go see. One of the reasons I bought my Tundra was because I wanted to get some seat time and drive around the country. Beautiful pics BTW.

Done royal several times. Celebrity once, princess once.
Celebrity was best, no kids, a little higher end than Royal (same parent company).
