    Good day,
I just purchased a low mileage 2020 Tundra Sport.
I've had a tune on other vehicles. Curious if a tune is safe for this motor and if so, which is the best one for increased HP amd mileage?

    Thanks
P.S. 1st Toyota truck after 25 years of Ford trucks

This subforumnis your best best. Most ppl talk about a tune after their S/C installs in the large Super Charger thread.

more than I can list here
I use Bullydog because of its ease of install. And ease of ability to change from one setting to another.

no tuner is perfect. But it’s more the truck than the tuner. Our ecu was designed specifically to be locked down and ‘retuned’ only by Toyota. This model was 7 years old before the aftermarket could get into it.

Fuel delete mod Cup holder upgrade
Unless you plan on toggling between two profiles these two goals are diametrically opposed.
In addition to tuning, plenty of mods will net you HP.
Regarding mileage Toyota didn't leave much if anything on the table and their isn't a magic MPG chip. Driving behavior (+/-) has the largest impact on mileage. Most aftermarket mods, like lifts, big heavy tires, larger mirrors, etc, generally have a negative impact on MPG.

Also Bully Doggo is not available for OPs 2020.

Yeah....getting the Magnuson installed when it gets here.
Already paid the required 1/2 down on the S/C right around 6 weeks ago so it should be any day now.
Kinda bummed...talked to the installer and he said he wouldnt install the headers.
And if I get someone else to do it or I do it myself it'll need to be retuned.
I have a short list of bolt on parts I want installed so I plan on getting him to go ahead with the S/C and I'll gather up the parts I want and get it retuned when I'm done.

    So how does this work?
Do you just send in your unit and they flash it and send it back?

Being in one of the largest cities in America you'd think they'd have an affiliate here in Houston.
