Sometimes after wearing hearing aids for a while, your brain readjusts because it hears what it has been missing and the tinnitus can lessen, subside, or diminish.
Also, some hearing aids have 'programs' that help mask or comfort the ringing in your head, but I can't see wearing hearing aids to bed.

I have 7500 Hz tone in my head 24/7/365.
I don't notice it unless it is quiet or when I think about it.
I also sleep with a fan on.
I can't hear this video when it plays because I hear it anyway..

You can download sound-generating apps for your smartphone that might help.
I sometimes use 'A Soft Murmur'.
