Not even entirely sure my LSPV is working or doing anything. I went to try adjusting it and turn the nuts upward in order to have more functionality in the rear brakes. They're too rusted so i didn't even bother, just left it soaking in WD40. Does it even look functional based on these pictures, or is the LSPV delete/Wilwood kit inevitable? The circled bolt is new and looks like it was replaced recently.

Try a penetrating oil. WD 40 is not great at loosening stuff up. Kroil or liquid wrench work well

That's just the actuator arm for the LSPV. As long as that linkage that you circled can pivot, that is OK. What does the actual LSPV look like? What's the condition of the brake fluid? Was it bled correctly?

If it was mine, I would take the 2 circled bolts off and clean that up on my work bench. Easier to get 2 nuts off and clean up rod threads with wire wheel if ya got one.

The two bolts @BubbaW showed need to be able to pivot. If they are bound up with rust, the LSPV doesn't work.
