Let’s See Them Lunar Rock Tundras!

Just picked her up this afternoon. So happy that there is no chrome to deal with and that the wheels are all black. She looked better than I had hoped.

Just picked it up today! 1974 Edition with the TRD package.

 

Back in the saddle in Lunar Rock. Picked up Saturday morning and drove back to Denver.
Came from a 2022 Midnight Black Limited with the non-digital dash. The new full digital dash is pretty sweet. I like the fact I can have the boost, oil temp, and trans temp displayed at the same time. Overall, fit and finish on this truck seems to be better than on the '22, but I never had issues with that one other than the early recall stuff. And, never had any issues with my engine in that truck.

 

Hmmm I have not found the option to display trans temp, much less alongside the boost gauge. I would love to have that. I suppose I will need to RTFM or learn how to search better here.

Left side steering wheel controls, hit the arrow over until you get to the list of driver assist options. Scroll down to right side display, hold ok to change, select the trailering option. Should display boost, oil temp and trans temp.

happy with my 25’ Hybrid Limited! I installed a Lomax Pro Bed Cover a couple weeks ago, but finished the pro grille and lights installed today.

Which lower LED's did you go with for fog lights and the lower light bar? Which switches are you using inside?

 

Diode Dynamics SS6 Fogs, SS18 Amber Combo Beam kit for the Stealth Light, and White Driving for the Grille. I used an Auxbeam switch under the back seat connected directly to the 12V Battery, and ran 12AWG insulated wire to the light bars.

 

Was a long wait for Lunar Rock, but worth it!

Not sure if they still do them or not but every Sunday they used to have bands and beer at them.

 

What's up man. I haven't been there on Sundays in a while, but the last time I was there was summer of last year and there was a band playing.

For all you guys with the trd OR 20" wheels, how big of a tire can i run bone stock, no lift kit no leveling kit or anything without rubbing. New to the truck world, been searching the forums but there are so many variables kinda confusing with the different year trd wheels and such.

Have to much sunk into my Mine to think about a new one though.
It'd be way cheaper to get it repainted.
Especially with the SCer on the way!!

 

Oh....and last I checked it only had 21k on it so even though it's a 2016 it's still pretty much brand new for a Toyota.

Picked up a tundra a couple of weeks ago. Haven't done much to it. Only added a step bar and a tonneau cover. Big upgrade from a 4runner to this. Loving it so far!

 

Wheel offset. more pics, angles?

 

Do the tires rub? I just bought a 2025 and love the way those tires look with the stock suspension.

 

@1almanzajr, just came on here to see if anyone with LR has gone for a black moustache instead of colour matched. Yours looks great, have any more pics?
