Looking at purchasing some ARK Splash Shields to replace the OEM ones. My drivers side splash shield tore and these seem to be a better option.

If anyone is running these how do you like them? They have a standard and a TriXpoly option online. What are the differences and which is better?

I replaced my OEM ones with the ARK standard ones. Then, when they released the TriXPoly ones, I upgraded to those. The standard ones from ARK are better than the OEM ones - a pretty thick rubber, and they held up well for a few years. The TriXPoly ones I prefer better - they’re a thick hard plastic and clean up really well.

I've had them since 2021 and they're excellent. They're way more rugged than OEM.

Since you have experience with both do either have any issues with fitment or alignment? Sounds like the TriXPoly is the one to get.

Do you wheel at all? My hang up on the TriXPoly is that I’ve popped my OEM liners loose during articulation, so I’d be afraid of cracking or breaking them while flexing the chassis.

To be honest, my truck rarely gets offroad at this point in time. I don’t think that would be an issue for me sadly to say.

Just placed my order for the TriXPoly with white logo. I’ll follow up with some pictures and feedback once they arrive and get installed.

Honestly, I had more issues with the standard ones after a few years to get them back on after I took them off to install headers. Not horrible and was able to reinstall, just took a bit. The TriXPoly ones installed in about 15 minutes.

Not anything extreme by any means, but no issues with them getting loose or anything. IMG_3841.jpg

So far my new ones have been great. I'll put them to the test this week.

Quick shipping! I had placed my order Sunday afternoon and they arrived in 2 days. I’ll be sure to follow up once I get them mounted.

I went with Ark a while back once my OEM ones gave out. I have been happy with them up to this point! Good fit and quality material.
