What’s the deal with all this empty threaded holes that look like a bolt should go in?

    Ok im like 99% sure that there’s not supposed to be any bolts that go into these holes but I still have to ask, if not, why are they threaded?

    If for some reason I am wrong about nothing belonging their, (so help me God) you’d be very surprised just how long this engine has gone without them lol

    That's probably engine dressing bolts for the LS/GS/SC430

    2"CB shackles, bushings and 1 shim, lockerdown console vault, rear folding seat back mod, snugtop shell with opening side windows, 46g fuel tank, SDHQ sliders and hidden winch, Decked Drawers, Alcan leaf springs and got rid of the interior chrome
    You are missing a lot of critical parts everyone else has on their engines. You need to go to the dealer and ask for an explanation.

    Yup....the below is a 2000 Lexus 2UZ engine cover bracket location(red) and the bolt holes for cover brackets(blue). The other places you marked are Lexus hose clamp holder bolt holes of hoses you don't have.
