As the title says, I have a lot of scratches on the inside of my doors. Kids, dogs, and life happens. Does anyone have a solution to removing that light grey scratch mark?

I was thinking maybe a little black dye on a qtip?

The top scratches look worse than this, just not showing well in the pic.

Don't spray it. There is a way to doing it with a low setting on a heat gun. You will have to research it.

Following... I was considering just replacing the entire interior door panel eventually. I found the part online, it isn't crazy expensive or hard to replace. But if you find a way to get rid of the scratches lemme know

Sounds good. I painted my silver strips red so I was trying to save the panels versus replacing them. Also I have little ones so the scratches will come back no matter the solution. So fixing them seems like the best long term option.

Im in for a solution also, aside from replacing the door panel of course. Previous owner had pet(s). Scratches all over. It wad a lap pet because most scratches are on the driver’s panel. But other door were not spared either.
