Because if it had the yolks it would be the equivalent of 5-6 eggs per day and I don't need the extra fat, cholesterol or calories from all that. The whites have the protein.

 

Egg cholesterol is actually healthy... I'm no health expert, but the internet says it's healthy to eat 2-3 whole eggs each day; which would be the same quantity of food you're eating, and you'd be using half the # of eggs per meal

So, it's cheaper and more sustainable.... which also makes the internet happy

Even then, the vast majority of the population isn't impacted by dietary cholesterol intake. That's an old myth, just like salt being awful for you.

While I'm not going to disagree with anything you have said. I'm also not saying "this is what everyone should be doing"
This is literally what my dietician has told me to eat to help with various health related things that I'm trying to prevent. There's other aspects to my diet and macros etc. and they all play together to achieve my health goals.
I don't ever want to deal with having the kidney stone issues I had this time last year. I posted about it a few months ago but I had 5 massive stones that all had to be surgically removed.

This bed cover is pissing me off... I got it swapped and let my truck dry out.. it was mostly sweat, but thats not the point...

anyway, new cover on... sprayed with hose... water.... water fucking everywhere but the slats. so we fixed one problem and made news ones... for the side rail, I will silicone them down, i dont care. for the back drum, i will silicone the tubes that are leaking but dont know what to do about the water flying through the back...

This will have to wait until after my trip, but damn these things fit so much better on the Rams.

I believe it's impossible to count the money and time I've saved not having to pay someone to cut my hair.

 

Other than sport specific footware, I've pretty much worn skate shoes and flip flops my entire life. I own dress shoes but haven't worn them since my wedding.
