So I'm due for an oil change and the steering wheel gauge cluster is telling me "Maintenance Required - See Your Dealer"

This is the first oil change since I replaced the OEM head unit with the big bitchen Kenwood 1057.

Before you would reset or edit the maintenance reminders on the OEM HU, do you guys know if there's a way to do that on aftermarket HU or Maestro?

I don't necessarily need the reminder since the shop puts the little sticker on my windshield, but I'd at least like to clear it so it's not constantly popping up telling me I need service if I don't.

My mechanic isn't a stereo shop, so they probably won't know beyond the normal Toyota menu, but you guys seem to know pretty much everything, soooooo??

I seem to be disconnecting thre battery so often, my maint. minder automatically clears when the battery is pulled. I honestly never gave it a thought.

I also have a 2019 and didn't even know you could reset it in the radio, you can absolutely reset it on the dash screen going through the menu with the steering wheel buttons, maintenance reset is in there.

As others said, use the gauge cluster reset.

You guys are freaking awesome, I knew someone here would have the answer. :bananadance:

    Thank you sir.

I clicked around in there for awhile, but couldn't find the cheat code. Always just did it on the OEM head unit before, but that's on a shelf in my garage now so I don't think it'd work.
