OK, this hurts to have to ask. I've never had a vehicle in my 74 years that I couldn't figure out how to replace the windshield wipers. I have a 2015 SR5 and cannot find in my manual or elsewhere how the heck to remove the windshield wipers to replace them. Below is a picture of my model wiper and hopefully someone can set me straight. It looks like the Toyota logoed piece lifts up but I don't want to be prying on the wrong part and break anything.

There should be clips (or tabs) on the sides that you pinch and it flips out.

Thank you for the reply but that is the befuddling thing. There are no clips, levers, etc., to pinch. Please see my side pic below.

Nothing yet except for some LED interior & exterior bulbs.
Don't feel bad, I was a dealer mechanic for Acura and Mitsubishi for years and had to watch a video on YouTube to change the wipers on my Tundra. It's really silly that they felt the need to change from the J type arms.

    Maybe that cover pops off?
    I've never seen that before.

Those look like aftermarket wipers, but they do have the TOYOTA logo?

Pry the ends apart where the two little slots are cut in, sometimes have to use a small screwdriver to pop them off. Then it should lever open.

Oem wipers and they are the best. Sight lines suck.

To remove pry up on the open side closest to the arm bolt. They lift off, easy once you get the hang of it.

I dunno' why they had to start making wiper blades so freaking complicated that I have to watch a YouTube video to even get the old ones off!

Yep, they are Toyota OEM wipers. Having a hell of a time finding any instructions on how to remove them.

Looping back with folks in this thread. To make a long story short, the weird wiper blades I had were in fact Sightline blades and my local dealership quit using them because they were not good and didn't last. I now have OEM wiper blades and these do have the pinch tabs on the side of the blades for changing them out.
