Ok Im trying to get a handle on how to post and patience is not in my vocabulary, my bad and I will apologize now until I get better at this. I've read where people are having issues with the tundra etcs and not being able to correct it. I myself have been working on the same issues for two weeks now and I just found the problem. First I would like to ask a couple of questions to confirm the verdict if I have it right or wrong. Question 1 . Does the etcs fuse under the hood powered from +B 12 volts ?. And if so when it comes out of the fuse to the computer is it also 12 volts?.

Ok. First off you only need to start one thread for this issue. Secondly, you said you're having a problem with ETCS. I immediately went to Electronic Traction Control System which doesn't exist on these trucks. Turns out you are having an issue with your throttle body.
What problem did you find? You have no power to the throttle body?

Yes, the ETCS(electronic throttle control system) is a 12vdc input to ECM which is what controls idle via throttle motor and throttle valve.

Ok that's great to hear thank you for the response.after my searching and searching for the issue with no pedal response I found that I had voltage at fuse but not at computer. I traced the wire coming out of fuse to inside cab left kick panel junction block still hot going in but not coming out of block. Used jumper wire to make connection around junction block and boom all working correctly.
