Instructions say, fridge until opened. Just like the eye drops. I don't understand, but that's the way it is.
It's a pain really. I get one 2.5 ml bottle of eye drops in a 12 x 12 x12 box. 5 or 6 cold packs. I used to keep them for bait coolers and such, now I just throw them away.
There are two more Ozempic pens and four bottles of eye drops still in the fridge.

Am I the only one here who had trouble loading page 7987? I'm not sure if it was the 75 links of youtube music but the page crashed every time I looked at it. I had to quickly scroll and screen shot posts to keep up with the conversation.

Although, for me this time, is was a weird auto scrolling thing happening...

We actually just updated our internet speed with Comcast today, so to say I was fustrated, is an understatement. I was actually trying to shit post just to get to the next page but my internet wouldn't even let me do that. Weird thing is no other pages had this problem. Including the what are you listening to today page. :notsure:
    Anyhow, glad it's behind us.

Yeah, comcast isn't great from what I hear. I work in telecom and work with their parent company, Lumen. They're often difficult. They're so big they don't know what's going on in their own network. It's a struggle a lot of times.

I totally agree with that as well, but i purposely don’t dwell on it one bit. The reason being is that i go to reap the positivity from it, and there’s absolutely no way that some lazy sod’s actions will allow myself to think negative thoughts. Nobody got time for that. I’ve been going to the same Là Fitness for about 7~8 years. Long enough to know and remember the first names of at least 30 different people there (maybe closer to 35~40) and have short conversations with most all of them (not all on the same day of course). I don’t wear ear buds or headphones when i work out, and i usually have a smile on my face (if i’m not gasping for air) so i’m very approachable. I’m friends with the big guy who can bench 460 pounds, the skinny diminutive asian dude, the other asian dudes who aren’t so diminutive and could crush me, the janitor, the kid at the front counter, the trans person (still not sure if it’s jerry or gerry, or jeri), the lesbo, the super fit 79 year old guy, the beyond obese crew that plays racket ball in the AM, the guy with the O2 tank that he wheels beside himself, the other 300+ pound guy who uses a walker, the way too hot 61 year old grandmother, the 20+ other ladies at the spin class, most of the personal trainers, the insanely fit eastern european cirque du soleil calisthenics guy, and the two other christian men that we will sometimes pray for each other mid set at whatever weight machine i’m at. There are LOTS more people i haven’t mentioned, who are equally as important.

I go out of my way to compliment other people (between sets of course) when they’re challenging themselves. And it could be from anything to squatting a challenging weight for themselves, or something less testosterone charged such as working on their balance for their physical therapy. Giving 100% is giving 100% no matter what you’re doing.

My point being from all the rambling is that somebody not putting their weights away isn’t going to bring me down one point.

…now cell phones are a different story, but i do my best to let that go as well.

    I hear this a lot.

this does not jibe with my experience.

maybe it's the Houston topography? or weather?

and cruise control is 89% more better with a S/C.
The ECU don't know it has a blower on it.

Comcast is damn reliable in South Houston. and fast.

    we must be lucky.

Fiber is getting put in our area.

folks are bitchin' about it for a number of reasons. mainly it ain't all that fast. and it's expensive.

Comcast is appears to be fast enough for normal folks. We have boo-koo devices and zero latency.

The lake has Fiber....we see no difference.

However....the ORBI wi-fi mesh thing is noticeably better than a single router.

I have now reached the outer limits of my web related knowledge.

Oh it'd definitely regional. The trouble with the huge telecom companies like Comcast is that they eat smaller ones, and they don't standardize things.

Just like how Lumen consumed Comcast, but left their name alive so the complaints are defrayed across multiple "companies" rather than all piling up under one name.

I've literally had to tell Lumen/Comcast that the "customer end" they see having the problem is still them because they bought that "customer" 20 years prior, and we connect to and pay Lumen/Comcast now. I've done this for the exact same circuit on more than one occasion.

So, it is entirely possible that Comcast was good. The complaints I know of are possibly based off of the smaller entities they swallowed up, forgot they owned, and either didn't update or neglected to maintain.

No reason not to think that parts of their network will be stellar and others would shite. They are HUGE. It can't all be good/bad to the same degree.

    good point.

I think we are OLD comcast. we've been on this cable connection since '98.

sure, we've had issues....but comcast is damn responsive in this area.

most of our issues come from comcast cutting in new sections of all the DAMN subdivisions coming in.

    same.

I have music playing all the time.

at my desk...HD radio to oldies.
    in Tundra..Pandora or audible books.
Garage gym...Pandora (ridiculously awesome garage system)
    home...Amazon music.

    I shit you not:
I told my wife before we got married, I wanted music in the house all the time.

    and it is so.

during construction of our home, i would go in during the weekends and wire for 5.1....and ran all the cables for speakers all over the house. yes, I ran multiple sub connections.

    also...ran extra 30amp 110v for den system.

now we have SONOS....that system is awesome.
and for all you Sonos users....Sonos sequencer app adds 5.1 to the system....and it works!!

I know I jumped in with RUSH earlier, but had another candidate more in line with the original ask: a single album that had a profound impact.

Peter Gabriel, Secret World Live (1993)
and the DVD of the same name (filmed over 2 nights in Modena, Italy) that goes with it.
Features a then relatively unknown 25 y/o Paula Cole who joined Gabriel mid-tour to replace Sinead O'Conner who left.
    It launched her career.
    Fantastic album and concert video.

I really gotta start going to the gym. For no other reason than meeting interesting people, of course.
Any pics of the way too hot 61 year old grandmother? Inspiration pic for my wife....really.:D

    *edit*
Didn't want to simply leave just snark and humor as a response to what was a seriously good post.

If more people could find it within themselves to not only look past the differences you see in people, but to actively engage with them, you might find that 1) you have more in common with them than you initially thought, and 2) we'd all be better off for it. As a somewhat introverted and shy person, this is something I struggle with daily. I can engage with people MUCH easier when separated by a screen and a keyboard. In person is a different story.

As I get older I find it much too easy to fall into the self-defeating trap of "people suck."
I can't deny that's not true for some people, but definitely not all people.
I know my life is better for "taking a chance on" people different from myself.

Sorry about that. I got a little carried away with the linking of youtube songs. I went back and edited my post to where there are only two video's linked so hopefully no one has any issues loading the page now.

All that music had me feeling a bit nostalgic so I ended up going for a leisurely drive along the coast here in Sonoma County. Was a typical overcast day we get out here along the coastline.

Stopped off and took a pic:
