What can it hurt to try? Reach out to Venmo and your bank, credit union, or credit card company that is feeding your money into Venmo. They’re people just like us. If there’s a way, I’d like to think most of them will help you navigate this. It’s a good way to retain happy members.

 

And @ARB1977, that might be why your order keeps getting pushed to the back of the line...the seller may be under the same impression as you, that there is nothing you can do since you paid via Venmo...

 

Makes no sense what you just said. I paid you. I get product that’s how it works. Don’t sit on people’s money just because you can and create a bunch of excuses along the way.

 

Nothing in your post describes anything this scumbag is doing, not making sense is exactly how TWC operates. What @Cthulhu is saying is since your order (seemingly) is past the point of recovering funds, there is no way to put pressure on the seller and get your money back which seems to be the only time he actually delivers anything, so he has no inclination to move your order along since as far as he's concerned he got free money with no schedule.

 

That makes sense. I checked Venmo and the limit is 4 months. I kick myself now for not doing something before hand. I’m kinda over it now. If it shows it shows.

 

Anybody thought to make a YouTube/X/instagram video calling him out. Friends that are a lawyer to send a letter addressing the taking of funds without delivering? But he really doesn't care...

 

Least you can do is check. Items never received. PayPal has done it for me up to a year after. PayPal owns venmo

I ordered mine Sept 2nd. No word from the seller. I contacted Discover about it yesterday and they are working now to get my money back. I'll be sending the emails between me and the seller.

 

we have Small Claims Court here to address this type of behavior. A person can "file" without needing legal representation and provided factual documents to prove their case. The process allows a person to reclaim and receive up to three times the amount. If the other person decides to simply do nothing, and or no-show, they are still judged by the Law and in addition issued a summons - which leads to a deeper pile of shit for them.

 

Contact the state AG office, too. Let them know what is happening. They may help nudge things along, too, especially how it is not just one sale.

I ordered in September. Tried to be patient. Saw his YouTube video where he called his customers pu$$¡3$. Also saw my name and home address on his list where he said mine had "just shipped" back on Feb 2nd, but I still haven't gotten my exhaust or dump tip. I was pissed to see my name and address on his video! I have emailed him twice and called him once since then with littlw to no response except more lies about how it would ship in the next day or two (and obviously doesn't).
Today he texted me after I called and left a polite message (obviously rudeness amd anger doesn't help with this clown). He said he would "try to get it done this weekend." In my frustration I finally did more searching and found this thread and I see I'm in familiar company.
Previously I had a gen 2 tundra and had a Dirty Deeds exhaust on it that I LOVED. I REALLY regret not ordering from Keith again.
I paid Casey through Zelle, so I'll have to look into how to get a charge back on that platform, but I may be stuck waiting and hoping since I'm past 6 months now.

 

Please, at the least, submit a "tip" against the company if they have wronged you. It's towards the bottom of the page I linked for the Texas AG above.

 

Has anyone else already gotten an attorney on this matter? Ive hit my limit today. I ordered back in August and hes been giving me the run around. I have all of our communication through text so I do have evidence hes given me multiple definite ship dates and failed. Ive looked at attorneys in that area but wanted to check first before I proceed.

This is the email address tied to the "Submit a Tip" link on the attorney general's website. I tested it. The email did not bounce back. Subject line was "Tig Welding Creations" should anyone else find 30 seconds of spare time to try and help raise attention to this unfortunate situation.

Well after I threatened a lawsuit on him, he magically got the funds to refund me. He did it in such a very unprofessional and childish way as well. I saved all of the communication and the fact he charged back my refund as a Chinese gay sex doll purchase. I guess he doesn't know his name and account is tied to it.

Just thought I’d update: ordered September, still nothing. Told I would have a tracking number this past week, after I told Amex and they requested additional info before processing refund. Thought I’d give it more shot with him. But nothing. So, I’ll go ahead and reach back out to Amex tomorrow when they open. This has been absolutely ridiculous.
