I’ve got my Retrax cover showing up tomorrow and excited to install it. I just saw the bed rug and love that idea but am wondering if I can install it after the fact. Anyone able to comment on that?

Ahh, thanks so much. I’m looking at the one that goes all the way up the sides and tailgate. Thank you though!

I can't speak to the Retrax, but I don't see why not.

My full Bedrug was installed months after my Bakflip MX4.

I had my guy at the camper shell place install it, so I can't remember exactly what they had to do about the rails/drop-down brackets. I think they just poked holes in it for the bracket bolts.

    Love, LOVE the Bedrug!

Looks like we have basically the same truck too, Silver '19 Crewmax.

After the Bedrug, run some power to the bed for 12V/USB outlets and LED strips, and you're DIALED!

While you technically could, I would wait to install the Retrax after the BedRug.

The BedRug requires access all the way up to the tops of the bedside walls, therefore the Retrax bin would get in the way. You could technically install the Retrax and remove it when the BedRug arrives, but it would be much more of a hassle to do in comparison to just waiting and installing the BedRug first.

I've installed both, so just speaking from experience.
