Hey guys, I have the Rough Country front bumper and I’m ready to install it on my 2017 Tundra. https://www.roughcountry.com/produc...gpoA2Eiq_VKCzVvmcYK6Djq17LjyQJyRoC0bYQAvD_BwE

The instructions are very basic and I’m wondering if anyone has found videos of this install? I’m already stuck on mounting the light bar to the bumper itself, so I have a long way to go and want to get it right the first time. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Got it installed today. Wasn’t too bad. Will do the wiring tomorrow. I got the license plate bracket on and then wasn’t sure how to secure the plate so used temporary zip ties for now. When I get it screwed on, is that really how it’s supposed to go? License plate dangling down seems weird. Do you have a plate on yours?

I installed the RC rear bumper. The sensor holes didn't really work, it replaced my nice factory license plate lights with cheesy LEDs, there was no provision for mounting the wiring harness or the sensor modules, The trailer plug-in hole is too big making my plugs-ins loose and fall out randomly, and the entire thing created a 2.5" gap that made it look like I have a body lift installed. I emailed them for tech support on how to attach the wiring harness and modules and they never replied. Not impressed at all and will not do business with RC again.

I liked the looks of their front bumper, but since the rear bumper was such a dumpster fire, I passed. Good luck with yours.

Hello Tundra Owners, I'm fixing to install the Rough Country Heavy duty bumper on my Tundra. After reading the instructions which seem straight forward but have me a little concerned. My question is this: The first step calls out to remove the plastic inner fender extentsion to gain access to fog light harness. No where in the instructions after new bumper installed says to re-install those? Did anyone have any issues with these going back on? Any pictures? Thanks for help!!

My guess is they don’t go back on since it’s an aftermarket bumper.

Thanks...I like it, especially with the Line-X. I've had it for about 5 years now.
