Turn signal bulb?

    Replaced the driver front turn signal bulb a couple months ago. First time since I've owned it (2017 purchased in 2019). Replaced with bulb from dealer. The other day, same bulb is out.

    Just planning to replace, and I'm pretty sure I do not have a short, but wondering if anyone has had this happen to them before. Defective bulb or ?

    Just a simple bulb failure most likely. They don't make stuff like they used to.

    Yeah, that's what I figured and sort of hoping that's it. Amazing how QC even for the venerable toyota brand, as gone downhill

    Yep. We just took our brand new 2025 TT out on a trip and found out that the tanks were labeled backwards.

    Unfortunately Toyota doesn’t make bulbs and outsources them. There are so many counterfeits that even buying what you think is quality can be a cheap knock off.

    What TT did you buy? We just purchased a Grand Design 22RK. Have been out in it yet and still stuck behind a snowbank in storage. With RVs it’s finding the one that is less crap.

    I got the bulb from the dealer. Seems to be working as it should. We'll see in a couple months if it goes out again.

    Put some di-electric grease on the terminals. It will help with heat and corrosion.
