Good morning Chris. High winds here yesterday. All freakin day. Was able to get a 24' culvert finally laid at my Ft Garland property. Next up.. need to pick up two railroad ties and two 12 foot gates at the Post Commisary in Ft Garland. It's a hardware store and more! Getting an updated quote for a septic install today. Prolly around $11k.

No remote gate actuators. My contractor specializes in septic installs. Has the only official certification in the county. He actually worked for the county and was the code enforcer for septic compliance. Leach field and testing. 1250 gallon cement tank. Minimum requirement based upon 2bdr. Things can be done lower cost here. Average septic install quotes here are around $8k. My guy is local. Born and raised in Ft Garland. He worked at the Post Commisary as a kid. His uncle owns it. Has relatives that work at the County Office's in San Luis. His family's history here goes way back.
