    We finally have the Bush Company Canopies here in the US. It has been a long process and we have more applications coming. However we have 07-21 5.5ft Bed Tundra Canopies in Stock.

    I contacted them a while back about 6.5' options for the 22+, they didn't have anything in the pipeline for them currently.

    Correct. We just started 22 and up prototyping so the earliest production model will be this fall. Stay tuned.

    I’m fairly interested in one of these. If it has a dynamic load rating of 550 lb, what is the static rating? The video shows more it holding literal tons of weight.

    Not that I would be interested in putting that much weight on it. I’m just thinking that a rooftop tent can weigh 250-300 lb, plus a family of four or five is another 500 lb.

    Static rating is well over 1100 lbs but they are reluctant to publish that with concern your bed can not take that heavy of a load. Having said that I routinely put 300 lbs on top of my 300 lb RTT with a 95lb Awning attached and have had no issues.

    Yeah I know the bedsides are the weak link. I’ve reinforced mine somewhat with the total chaos bed stiffeners. I’m just thinking of a RTT with 500lb of people in it.
