Rear main seal failure

Didn't see many search results at all on this.

2024 TRD PRO.
4,500 miles.

Pulled the skid plate today and found oil everywhere... rear main seal is toast. Honestly, it’s probably been leaking for months without me realizing it. I’m now waiting on the dealer to coordinate with corporate to figure out the repair timeline and process. According to them, they’ve never seen this issue on a new-gen Hybrid before. They also mentioned that dealing with a hybrid and 4WD setup makes the job a lot more involved. For now, all they did was top off the oil and told me they’d follow up eventually. They also claimed it’s not related to any recalls or the bearing failure issue.

This stinks. Anyone else experience with this?

thank you, i didn't see this one yet. hoping i dont need a small block swapped, that would suck.
