Ain’t gonna happen. It’ll be years if ever before you’ll see anything out of this. You’ll never get a $10k check or a work order to install one. At best you’ll get a $20 refund and am “I’m Sorry” card while the law firm sits on the rest for their fees.

 

This is exactly how it will roll out.

the $20 will be a coupon to be used at Toyota.

 

There is nothing the gcs can do that any other cooler of same capacity can do EXCEPT the other can do it for a Whole lot less $$$. Plus it has no fan.

 

I was thinking a $10 Walmart gift card.

 

Whatever it takes to force millions out of toyota whether to lawyers or to service missing parts is worth it...... don't be a coward and take an L without a fight,

 

A word of caution; This is just my opinion and interpretation of the agreement this law office wants you to sign in order to be a part of the lawsuit, I am not a lawyer and could be reading it wrong, but I would not personally sign this without having your own lawyer look it over!! My personal interpretation; if you agreed to this and signed what they wanted us to sign to be part of the suit, it clearly stated that you the person signing were responsible for paying legal fees, which could be 1000.00 or they could be 10K, who knows. Remember the only folks that get rich with class action lawsuits are the lawyers!! I was almost going to join in, but then once I saw that the blurb with no language that indicates what the actual legal costs would be to each individual I was like, NOPE, I am good!

BTW it also states that if Toyota settles this case and there is no monetary value, for instance they put transmission coolers in every truck, YOU still will owe this law firm money! Please for the love of god, don't sign this or get involved unless you have your own lawyer read all the print on the agreement!! I am not a lawyer so maybe I am interpreting the find print incorrectly, but why risk it?! In additional the agreement allows this law firm to sign on your behalf, thus rendering them your power of attorney in this legal case... Again, I would not sign this shit without a lawyer of your own choosing looking it over and interpreting it word for word in English!

Sorry, I just read some more, look at the paragraph about loans and interest yOU have to pay back!! Yikes, I pity anyone who signed this, I hope I am wrong to do so...

You are talking millions out of a $242 billion company. It’s a rounding error in their books. They’ll spend $10mil in lawyer fees to pay out $1mil in settle and their stock won’t even twitch.

You don’t matter and they don’t care.
