2 weeks ago I got a low coolant light - limped it into the stealership who advised that while down 2 gallons on coolant, they couldn't find where it was leaking and to "test drive it for a few days and keep an eye on it..."

came out Thursday to this after I parked at home....

They said it has a defect in the radiator....waiting for replacement...

Anyone else have this issue ?

I had the same thing happen on a dirt biking trip 9 hours away from home. Truck (2023 1794 HV) had about 18k on it at that point. They said it was the hand shroud that had warped causing the fan blade to pierce the radiator. Was not a pleasurable experience dealing with toyota on reimbursements on rental, hotel, and travel. Now have 33k on it no issues since:fingerscrossed:

Hoping it'll be back to me today with it's new radiator.... Toyota wasn't the easiest to work with on the approval....despite being CPO. The tech said it looked like a ding during install at the factory that finally showed itself...

wonder if CSF makes a full Alum version like we always replaced the 80 series OEMs with ?

Huge credit to my VA dealer for making Toyota do the right thing on this radiator leak, even on a CPO'ed truck with 39k... it took a good week, pics and calls before approval.... She's back and ready to start putting pats on her SCS's in the morning, can't wait - my second favorite rim of all time ... this will be my 4th set.
