Rough country Hard Trifold, anyone?

Anyone here have the Rough Country Trifold hard cover? This one.

Does it leak?
I was watching this guy’s YouTube video and he said his does not leak at all. Here is the video.

The comment are turned off so i cant ask him for an update.

currently i have the undercover armor flex and it leaks. I just submitted a warranty claim on it. Only had it since last September or October.
I didnt do enough research prior to purchasing the cover. I did some but clearly, not enough.

Looking for an alternative. I paid premium but do not feel this cover is premium.

 

I believe that any folding or roll-up cover will leak some, in time.
My BAK quad fold (not cheap) leaks a bit. Does it flood the bed? No.
Is it enough to mess up a cardboard box? Sometimes.

 

Mine seems to gotten worse since new. Before it would not leak over the wheel area. Now it does, then it starts in the middle of the bed. I know all will have some leak but I’d like one to have as minimal as possible. Had i knew i would’ve spend $700 instead of over a grand.

 

I have the RC cover. I've only had it a couple months, but I'm actually impressed with how well it's dealt with all the melting snow and heavy rains that we've had. Bone dry.

 

Have you taken it through the car wash, yet? Curious to see if there are any leak?

 

Twice. I only checked the first time, but it was dry.

 

Is your the normal or low profile version?

 

It's the same one you have linked in you original post. I wanted to be able to flip it out of the way to use my whole bed.

 

That’s the one i am considering. Undercover is sending out a replacement cover under warranty. I’m going to try and sell it and get the RC one.. it’s gonna be a hard sell. Especially around here in tiny poor town.. *sigh*
