    Had a Chevy Volt that needed to be detailed for a customers wife. I had a strange suspicion, based on debris, the cabin air filter hasn’t been changed in a while.
    I sent him a text…”she’s had the car two years and hasn’t had it replaced” :facepalm:
    I get into it…THERE IS NO AIR FILTER. Went ahead to Napa, grabbed one and installed it for him (no charge)
    Customer for life now.

    Left my badge in Ethiopia.

    Drove to the badge office. It’s moved; no signage were.

    Parked in the back 40, almost to my building and walked to the old location. Flagged down a rent-a-cop and was told it moved to the building next to mine. Turned around walked back to the truck.

    Moved to my office, walked to the other building and was told I needed to wait 5 days per company policy for a new badge. Got a temp badge and am now on hold with Helpdesk to get a temp login… listening to the recorded mssg tell me for faster service I should use the online ticket system.

    New tooth today.

    I broke the roots of a crowned molar about 4 months ago (#14). The implant process was completed today with the seating of the crown on the implant post. There's been a gap in there all that time, and it's on the side where I normally chew. Glad that's done.
