I just realized that. For some reason I thought they were like $900 a piece from Toyota. lol The shipping cost and the cost to install will both get you.

Sounds good man. My lower control arm bushings seemed ok, and new arms were crazy expensive from the dealer here in Canada, so I ended up buying sankei 555 lower ball joints and just replacing the joints. Was a fraction of the price and I didn't have to cut the arm bolts and get an alignment and all that.

I installed frozen rotors with the green Hawk pads yesterday. Bedded them in today. No more brake judder!!

as an aside, I found the spring loaded retainer things holding on the emergency brakes had fallen off. One on the left and 2 on the right. What a pain in the arse to get those back on.

Installed a Gator soft roll up tonneau cover, not bad for the price, hopefully it holds up well.

Blew out my speakers today, I know there's a whole thread for audio but I haven't been on the forum in so long I have no idea what the thread was, if someone could link it for me that'd be awesome.
Obligatory Pic of truck since I know I haven't posted in so long

Honestly just go to crutchfield for all your research. They have all your options whittled down for you based on the audio system your truck came with. I recently just started my audio makeover. So far I've only ordered the JL audio c1 650 series component speakers for the front and the c1650x for the rear doors. I also added a clarion 50 watts per channel amp. I'm still searching for what I'm gonna do with a small sub then install everything. It's a rabbit hole.

About 2mm left on the old ones. Was past due.
Cleaned truck inside and out then it rained the next day. Go figure.

Did you do the rears as well? Were your emergency brake spring thingies in place?

Replaced my tailgate handle today. Plastic one broke in the subzero temps, finally got around to installing one with a metal handle. Pretty simple job.

Did an oil change(broke the plastic filter cap then upgraded it) and did the brakes over two different days(almost wanted to do a little forever sleep with the rears due to them being seized on the hub.) Next is figure out why it sways so much on the freeway

Changed the oil, 5W30 Valvoline Restore and Protect... wanted to see what all the fuss is about...

It does seem quieter and smoother, but that could just be from fresh oil.

Three new exhaust gaskets, between the mufflers and tailpipe. I knew at least one of them had been leaking a bit for a while. Sure did quiet it down inside the cab. Used BRExhaust gaskets this time between the cats and mufflers. Seem a lot heftier than the wimpy Felpros.

Feel I have the same issue, cabin noise is more noticeable after I had my exhaust apart and put back together with Felpros..

Do you happen to have the part #'s for the Brexhaust ones you used, quick search gave me a couple options. Thanks!

I have the 5.5’ bed with the same cover and it’s been going strong for almost a year now. I think a lot of people the reviewed it negatively on Amazon probably didn’t install it properly. it ain’t anything special but it works good

Did some minor weight reduction today. I was extremely concerned before I found out what it was. Hearing a metallic ting sound when I shifted gears.
