    Hello all,

I have searched the forum and it is extensive so forgive me if I couldn't find a previous posting about my specific situation. My 2021 Tundra SR5 has a stock suspension and I want to keep it that way. I am not interested in lifting it or leveling it etc... I want to be able to continue keeping it in my garage which is already a super tight fit height and lengthwise. It has the stock factory 18" 5-spoke alloy wheels on it now which I actually like except for how common they are.

I am seriously considering purchasing a set of Method 308 Roost wheels size 18x9 5x150. My concern is I want something nicer looking then the stock rims but I don't want any rubbing issues or for the tires to stick out more than the truck fenders, at least not blatantly. Subtle variations are ok. I don't take my truck off-roading, and I think the general size of the 275/65/18 factory tires are okay. I'd be willing to go with a little wider tire but not taller.

Does anybody know if these rims will fit exactly or very similar to my OEM wheels? What offset and backspacing do I need? Thanks in advance. I have seen a few members of the forum with these rims in bronze or black or grey already but they all have lifted trucks with much larger tires. I just want to buy these rims, slap some tires on it and call it a day and not have to perform the same way my current rims do.

This forum has been very kind to me and I am thankful for all of the assistance I have received already.

Stock offset is +60. What offset are the 308s you want to buy?

Also check the wheel tires forum here and look over the stickies....it has information that will be valuable to you.

Methods are usually +18 or 0 offset. And they are wider than your oem wheel. So they will stick out past the fenders regardless.

And probably rub a bit at full steering lock.
I had some 18+ wheels for a month and they would rub at full lock in rev.

The suggestion to look in the wheel amd tire subforum is the way. Link below. Lots of pics and threads. Sticky threads are the top and best place to start. Good luck!!

After a quick search in wheels and tires I found this. TRD pro sits higher I believe with the fox shock setup.

Awesome! Thank you @1UP. I don't have a TRD pro and if I go for a little less aggressive tire size, I should be good to go!

See image, they will stick out 54.7mm more than current setup. Measure to see it you like how far it will stick out.

I should note that when I had rub the tires were my stock 285/55/20s.
I now run 275/60/20, they may not have rubbed.
I also have a 2.5" lift in the front.

This website is very helpful in determining tire and wheel stuff.. upload_2025-3-16_12-35-52.png
