Hello, I just picked up a set of toytec TTLK25TUN c700x16x3 aluma coilovers, 2-3" lift. I have a Factory stock 2019 Trd Sport. my question is can i just swap these in on their own? do i need new UCA's? is this something i can do in my driveway or will i need specialty tools? Will this look weird without any lift in the rear? Thanks

With the 2-3" kit and 700lb springs, you may find that even at the lowest height adjustment they are still too high in the front for a "level" appearance (with no lift in the rear).

    Alot of them
Im actually suprised that you even got anything delivered from them. I currently have that setup until I rip it all out in a few weeks. To sit level with that setup, you will need a 2 inch lift in the rear. You will also need brake line extension brackets for the rear. If you are not familiar with suspension, I would not do it yourself. You can follow the instructions, but there are things that you can do to make it easier, such as loosening the lower control arm cam bolts to allow it to drop lower to get the stock coil out and the new one in. Obviously you will need an alignment immediately after. As far as the UCA's, a 3 inch lift is about the max with a factory UCA. Most of us replace them to have more adjustments to get a correct alignment.

I think the TRD Sport is 1” lower than the standard stock suspension. So it’ll probably lift it 3-4”.

If you adjust it down to 2” of lift you won’t NEED UCAs but you will WANT them and may as well do them while you are in there.
Anything higher than 2” you will need them.
JBA UCAs are the way to go.

Easy install in the driveway no need for any special tools.

You’ll likely find you will want some height in the rear as well.
Coachbuilder Shackles are the way to go. How high is up to your preference.
