    Alot of them
How do they perform and what is the brake dust like? I run StopTech Sport Cryos and need to replace them but they are backordered.

I've actually had them on for a few months now. I do not tow, so I can't speak to that part of the performance. But for daily driving in the DFW area with lots of stop and go and sudden stops this has been a great combo compared to the OEM rotors and pads.
They are quiet, very little dust and no pulling. Time will tell for warping, etc but so far they are great.

I went with Frozen Rotors because of back orders on other cryo treated brands. They were great to work with, they answered my questions over the phone and gave me 10% off to help with the shipping costs. No delays on the order.

This is the exact same setup that just arrived for me. Keep me posted how you like it. I'm on my 4th brake setup and can't find one that lasts or I like.

Wonderful how our nation has gone in this direction isn't it? The man has lived on his property for 40 years. Just let him finish strong. Granted, one of his lesser attributes is he's a hoarder, and put himself in this precarious situation, but still, it's his land, as long as he's not hurting anyone, let him be!

But its not safe and its an eye soar....

    *heavy eye roll

Down here, they drop your insurance immediately when this is noticed. Rumor has it they use google maps and drones to verify conditions because of hurricane risks. Ca is the same but for fire... insane

Yea his homeowners insurance dropped him last year, their reasoning was the roof needed replacement, and that they used a drone to verify the condition. Sneaky AF if you ask me. He's old and stuck in his ways, so he pushed his thumb at them and said "It's just fine, I go up every few months and replace shingles as needed, and keep up on it!" :itllbuffout:

I make an attempt. The way I see it, I'm in a good enough position that I could afford the truck and trailer, and access to a tractor for the heavy stuff. So I might as well use it for some good. I offered to split the scrap pay to cover the gas but he balked at that and said keep it all, which I do appreciate.

Mom and dad's county absolutely use google maps to verify structures on their property and adjust their property taxes based on what they deem the structures are worth. They have to provide documentation and fight it every year. It's complete BS.

I replaced the K02s that were starting to sing and ride like bricks… with 275/70 Falken Wildpeak AT4s. So far I really like them. Surprisingly they ride softer than the K02s even tho they are E rated vs the K02s C rating. They are also dimensionally larger than the other 275/70 tires from other brands. To me they look perfect on the stock suspension. I removed the front flaps before installation but it would not have been necessary. One downside I have noticed is they flat spot when parked for even a short period of time. When parked over night they don’t smooth out until 5-7 miles down the road. The tread depth is really deep so I imagine that is why. But they ride great and are quiet…and less expensive than a set of the new K03s. I haven’t noticed any mpg difference even tho they are 6# heavier per tire than the old K02sIMG_3395.jpg

Changed out my shoelaces. Not a fan of the red – obviously still on shocks and sway bar, but still prefer the look. 10% of the Land Cruiser wheels for ~2.5% of the cost.

Need to clean wheels and tires but not sure best cleaner for powerdercoated BBS as I've got a good bit of brake dust built up. I read either acid/alkaline cleaners can damage, but just saw there's a detailing forum. Still working on figuring out my platinum mirror light wiring.

Man haven’t really been on here much. In the process of moving so the Tundra is getting 600 miles on it a week with driving back and forth between the new job and house that we sold.

Hey, I just picked up a set of the same brackets to install this on my 2021. Did you remove the whole bumper or the center bumper plastic to install? I have seen most have to remove it but looks like you can sneak it in there if you just pop the lower grill out and use a single row light bar. Thanks

If you get a 42" LED light bar you remove the entire trim piece where the light installs.Comes out fairly easy PXL_20250312_002148921.jpg PXL_20250301_184111162.jpg

Thanks for the tip. I am wanting to keep the lower grille part and install the lightbar behind it. If needed I can bug my wife to help me remove the bumper :p

Finally got a camper shell for my truck. Since the rack and tonneau cover didn’t sell, I repurposed it. The roll up part became the top layer on my in bed storage. Most of the rack was mounted over the fender wells, like a molle rack, to hold my gear. The last two pieces are in the center to hold my ratchet straps. The cases that were on top became trays to hold most of the other items.

Driving to Carlsbad, NM in 30+mph winds and a monster dust storm. These were taken at 2pm just to give you an idea of how dark the sky was from the dust.

Pan handle was seeing 80mph gusts. Where we were was reported 70 but we didn’t get that. 5.5hrs of fighting it will take its toll and we’ve got another 2hrs to finish. We did lose the road a couple of times which was a bit unnerving.
