I have read a bit on the forum here about the comfort level of the seats in the truck. I am having an issue with the lowest horizontal seam on the drivers seat resting on back in a very uncomfortable manner. I have tried seat jackers, foam seat back pillows, as well as adjusting the lumbar to no avail. If I turn on the seat heater it gets a bit better which makes me think the material is the issue and and it softens when its warm.

Any one else have an issue with seat like this?

Total opposite. ‘23 Tundra Lim is the only of three vehicles I can make the 1200mi trip between homes without tailbone pain. Had to use tailbone cushions in the Venza and Tacoma.

Do you feel the lowest seam on the seatback at all? Most people find the truck very comfortable and I wonder if its me or Something is misaligned.

I never have. So I just went out and looked at the lower seat back. There’s no seam there at all. (We have the same trucks) Are you feeling something inside the seat?

On the seatback just outside the frame of your photo at the top, there should be a seam. That is the one i can feel. Though mine isn't a trd... Not sure if that changes the seats or not though. I'll see if i can take a few pics when i get back into town.

Ok. Yes, there is one higher but I can’t feel that. I think the lumbar support has that part of my back pushed slightly forward.

I think I found the issue, the seat spacers I had installed put the seat in an uncomfortable position for me. I removed them and the comfort level has increased significantly.,
