Had some issues with the tankless throwing code 12 and shutting off when two or more faucets run hot water. Placed in a call to service in December of 2024. Five completely different and equally incompetent companies came out and could not figure what is wrong untill end of February. Went a head and purchased the igniter and two flame rods ($30) and the flush kit on Amazon. Replaced the igniters and flushed for about two hours. Seems to be working just fine now but as usual lost all hope in the companies that call them self "expert professional" and ended up fixing it myself.

Ever since we moved in to our house I have wanted to put a stop to the delivery drivers going up our driveway. The UPS guy is great and can drive in the lines, but every Amazon driver ends up off the asphalt driveway and then digs ruts and breaks the edges off. I finally installed a package box near the bottom of the driveway. I just hope they use it.

At some point the driveway will be completely redone and rerouted. It makes zero sense the way it is now. I want to have the entrance at the highest point of the road. Right now the entrance is down the hill a bit and then you have to make a sharp turn to get up it.

Speaking of driveways, doing some paving today. Price is more reasonable than I thought. I should have done long ago. DSC_0431.jpg DSC_0429.jpg DSC_0430.jpg DSC_0433.jpg

Yup, retired. She has historical plates. Cheapest registration I have aside from the trailers. My 250 enduro cost more to register? California logic.

Asphalt paving? Mind sharing the distance/thickness and rough costs? Looking at getting mine done but the rough calculators show $85k.

2 1/2 inch thick 3000 sq ft approx. is costing 20K including everything. I think he gave me a great price.
He said it is a "keep my guy's busy price".

Appreciate the info. Might have to make a few calls. We have a semi long gravel driveway but I'm sick of mud. About 1/10th of a mile long. Your pricing gives me hope!

Oh yeah, old Detroit diesel. She smokes on start up but runs like a monster. Torque city.
I 've driven it 145 miles farthest trip. It stays here pretty much now.

They are still putting it down and I am getting even a little more as they had extra? I will attach pics when they are done. It is very reasonable in my opinion. Happy to pay that as it will help a lot

I've thought about bringing our trailer out there since its not too far away, but its usually summer and too f'ing hot out.

Camanche is better during the week IMO. Too many idiots. And, now they have banned alcohol from April to Sept
and banned jet skis outright. Locals are furious.
