2024 tundra . Hey everyone !!! I am hoping some other have this issue . When it’s raining and I am driving I hear water slopping around up near the corner of the door where your head is. Pretty sure that the rain gutter (attached to the door) and the seal that is attached to the truck (between the two doors ) is a terrible design allowing water at a significant volume to run down between the doors . It’s driving me nuts. I can’t be the only one . !!!???

Do you have a sunroof? Possible the drain holes for sunroof need cleaning.

I don't believe anybody mentioned this issue before on this forum regarding the water rain noise. Lots of wind noise issues but none caused by rain.

Is it all quiet when no rain?

Yes. I have also dealt with lots of wind noise .. and a mirror whistle which took forever to figure out …

I actually would have a hard time believing that it isn’t happening to everyone give how the seals line up , maybe just that nobody cares .

    I’ll take some pictures.

Well, I care but I've never heard it. Will listen closer next time it's raining.

Here are some images . Pretty sure water runs down the gap with the yellow arrows , and slops its way down marked by the blue .. curious if any of you guys have this gap . It looks to me that the vertical seal the serves both front and rear doors needs to be higher so the two seals contact each other with the door closes .

was trying to see if you had any variation in the door seals between your truck and mine to explain why you might be having a problem. Sorry for not getting back sooner. Been busy on this end.

yeah that's what I was looking for. Been back and forth to the truck several times now comparing the seals to see if there was any difference that might be causing your problem. As best I can tell they are the same. I was hoping to find a "ah ha" difference but no luck. sorry. At least we gave it a shot.
