what @T-Rex266 said. Ice swollen and sore areas off and on for the rest of today annd even into tomorrow. Icing 20-30 mins at a time. I would also take ibuprofen today to help reduce swelling. Monitor your ability to have range of motion as a guide of whether or not you go get it checked out.

I think it’s pointless to ceramic it, without correction. If not, it’s just covering the blemishes opposed to correcting it the right way.
A wax will oxidize under the coating regardless and continue to show water spots.
There are brands I would use that that are marine specific (Rupes is a great one). I would seek out a shop that does boats (specifically). They also list likely charge by the pass, not by the foot

We had a warm and dry winter, but cold with a little rain today. So, probably the last chance to enjoy a fire this year.

I ended up going to the ER since I've already met my out of pocket with my insurance.
I knew it wouldn't cost anything and I was only there for 2 1/2 hours.
The place was empty when I got there and full when I left.

They took x-rays of my wrist, knee, shoulder, and ribs.
Cleaned up my arm and leg.
No fractures that they could see in the x-rays.
No reason to do a CT scan on the ribs since the treatment would be the same if I did have hairline fractures.
Just told me to take it easy and prescribed some muscle relaxers, I'm sure I already have some here.

Feel better knowing what is going on, although it is getting more sore by the minute.
Getting harder to breathe and laughing is ridiculous..
Thankfully I have pain meds from my shoulder surgery..

Told the wife not to come up there but she did.
Nothing but I told you so, she doesn't want me doing this stuff right now.
I should probably listen to her.....:eek2:

Thank you all for the input..

    Enjoy your weekend..:D

So glad we have great insurance. ER I think is $50? Maybe $75?
When I took our daughter there a few months ago (ended up being Pneumonia) The bill was $13k. $10k of that was for an IV of fluid to re-hydrate her.

You may want to see a chiropractor, with falls the ribs can get knocked out of place a bit and need some correction to get back to where they should be, definitely not painless but usually hustles up the healing process a bit.

    Been there done that unfortunately...

I see a chiro weekly. As much as I beat my body down, I will invest into it for long term so I’m not crippled when I get older

Try A&W zero sugar if you like A&W. I actually prefer it.
