Tundra engine recall - interesting news

They have figured out the debris issue. 3 or 4 times now. Apparently they figured it out again in November. They’re getting good at figuring it out about once every year.

I think I might be thin-skinned.
Does Spraynard Med-Tech Systems have a recommendation? Maybe a pill or some type of cream or ointment?
I've tried more internet exposure but that seems to make the condition worse.

I think that AI generated 3 Gen looks pretty badass, to bad it didn't look like that.

Oh and include a reliable engine.

 

Maybe Toyota is using AI to program their cleaning processes...

 

Local dealer is doing drop-in, plug and play engines. After doing several they have it down to a 14 hour swap. Pretty acceptable I would say. Friend had a large SUV from another brand, chewed up an engine at 5k and he rode a loaner fo 30 days.

 

All these modern vehicle problems...

Nah, then you'd be waiting at your Toyota dealer for them to install a prosthetic limb after the horse went lame, and they'd probably give you a mule for a loaner.

 

If that means the wearing of bull whips and revolvers once again becomes fashionable then sign me up.

 

Is there a replacement engine schedule by manufacture date available somewhere online? My truck build date is 08/22 and the last 2 times Ive called my dealer they said that Toyota hadnt released engines for my build date yet.

 

I am same build date and same response. I believe we are in the third increment of 4 in the cycle.

 

I believe SudoRyan posted Toyota's official schedule either on this thread, or somewhere else. I know it is available, unfortunately I did not save it.

Perhaps someone has it and can re-post it.
