Anyone have the part numbers and quantities of the Lexus fill/drain plugs for the t-case, front diff and rear diff? I’m about to change the fluids in all three and want to replace the allen head bolts with the hex heads from Lexus.

Are these just the front diff? Does the rear diff or t-case have Allen heads too?

I know these worked for the front diff on my 2018 Tundra and 2003 Tacoma. I just ordered 2 sets of these for the front and rear diffs on my new-to-me 2016 Sequoia, which I've visually confirmed has allen head plugs for the front and rear diffs.

I forgot to check the transfer case on my new Sequoia but if it's like my 2018 Tundra it will be a 3/8" square inset bolt head, where a 3/8" socket extension can be used to loosen/tighten the plugs.

Can't say for certain what your Sequoia will have, as I've never owned a 1st Gen Sequoia or Tundra (or worked on either for that matter).

Right on, I’ll crawl under there and take a look. Thanks for the help!
