So I have been beating myself up over new lift, tires and wheels since I don’t have frivolous cash to play with.
I knew it had to be inexpensive and I was gonna have to DIY.

On Friday I ordered a complete MaxPeedingrods 3” Lift Kit.
It was priced at $812.37, I offered $750.00. Next day it was being shipped.

    Here’s what got weird!

Today, I check my Ebay purchase and follow the link to my kit.
NOW the price has jumped up to $1812.37!!!

Either it was a $1062.00 mistake on their part when they sold to me at $750…
    OR
They jacked the price WAYYYYyy UP for the Helluva it!!!

    Thoughts?

You get what you pay for. If it does not make sense or to good to be true it is not worth it!

Hope you cancel the order and get in touch with eBay?

Me personally, I would never put anything like that on my truck, especially after seeing the seller info. Even a Readylift spacer kit would be safer.

I think the OP is more saying that he now paid less than half the current price. I don't think he is saying they charged him 1812.37. And he is curious if he got a deal or if they just jacked the price for a low end kit.

Never heard of the brand but I know a lot of folks are seeing increases in supply chain and due to importing their products, it's possible you got the last of their existing stock and the new price reflects their price going forward due to everything they are now facing. If you did your research and wanted the product, be happy you reached out when you did and locked in your 750 price.

Thanks Robert! That’s exactly what I was concerned with. So far the Seller has been great. Texted me the next morning to assure me the package was sent. Reassured me that if I experience any issues to contact them immediately.
Trust me, these will get a FULL INSPECTION before attaching a single fastener to my truck.
I am not one to buy “crap” but if I see a decent deal I will certainly look into it… making sure ICMA before I send any $$$.
They arrive Friday, weather permitting, and I”ll get some pics and video during my inspection.

Sadly, that company makes garbage. Their Amazon store is full of junk with less than 10 reviews or none at all. Some reviews report control arms with spot welds and thin metal that bend within a few trips. Coilovers that ride harshly and make noise. Might have overpaid at $750. That stuff is in no way even close to an $1800 setup. Let us know how it looks when it comes in.

At 750 I would not expect much?
Like I said if it looks to good to be true it is not worth it. In the long run most of the time a person ends up paying way more than what a good upgrade would have cost up front in the first place. A good deal is not always the best deal when dealing with a front suspension. That would have been a hard pass. Just sayin! But All The Best to ya.

on one off our daughters truck I bought a take of set of coil overs and they alone were dang near 700 alone. Maybe not that high but they were pricey (along with shipping) but I thought I purchased them for a fair price.

Not trying to rain on your parade OP, but if you can't afford to properly lift your truck (meaning no blocks, no spacers, and half decent coilovers) you should save up until you can.

This kit appears to be the kind of stuff you'll be replacing in a year for the better stuff you should've saved up for to begin with. So you would've spent more in the long run, having gone this route.

I'd suggest returning this stuff and recouping your money.

Not something I would put on my truck no matter the price. If you don’t have the cash for better stuff why would you risk these causing more expensive issues down the road.

Why are you seeking to lift your truck in the first place? If it is to run bigger tires consider the gas mileage hit you will take and the cost of said bigger tires.

New tariffs on Chinese imports just hit on March 1st. They probably adjusted their prices up as there's a schedule of when they'll be going up again. Still, seems funny that they doubled the price.

To run larger tires, 75% of reason to be honest is vanity. I have never kept a vehicle long enuff to make significant mods.
Yes, I have researched until my eyes burn. IF I was significantly concerned about gas mileage, the Tundra would have been the last truck to consider. ;)

If you decide to go a different route this gets you
1” less lift for only a few dollars more with known quality parts and no block under your leaf springs.

Here is there response after my query:

“We understand you may have doubt about the price increase. Please note that our price may fluctuate due to many factors, such as the production cost, shipping cost and market price, which cannot be decided by us. And this item is temporarily out of stock in your country, so we have to ship it from our warehouse in China. Thus we raise the price due to the shipping cost is increased.”
    We’ll see!

Update us when you receive it. I've never dealt with that brand before but who knows maybe it'll be just right for you and your needs?
