    Gentlemen,
Has anyone tried the new 285/70r18 KO3s on a stock 2.5 Gen Tundra? I have a 2016 Pro with 275/70R18s on stock wheels which has been amazing on and off road. I was thinking about going up a size in width, don’t want to do any trimming.

PS…another dark 20 degree day in Pittsburgh, this weather sucks!

I think you’ll be ok. If anything, you might have to take the mud flaps off.

285/70-18 should work fine for stock truck using stock +60 offset wheels. If you have wheels with less offset, can get rubs at bumper and/or mudflap, depending on what the wheel offset is.

I was also looking at this size and the weight is kind of crazy, 66 lbs for the 285/70. The 285/75/18 is 63 lbs. New K03's got heavy.

I just got 285/70R18 KO3s but have a Dobinsons 2.5"-3" lift. Had to remove mudflaps and will need to do some minor mods to the back side of the front bumper. Otherwise seems to work great. Kinda wish I'd gotten 35s though.

AggiePhil the truck looks great. I just got my truck back from my buddy at Toyota. Slight rub when reversing out of a parking spot. Otherwise it’s perfect. 285/70r18 KO3s, Bilstein 6112s up front, Bilstein 5160s with Coachbuilder 2+ shackles and diff drop in the back.IMG_0693.jpg

You’re looks great. If I had to do it all over again, I would’ve kept the factory UCAs which hopefully would’ve allowed me to run a factory offset wheel, keeping the tires better tucked into the wheel wells.
