@snivilous I sold my 1900 and dropped it off in Cedar today. Guy in St George bought it, sounds like he has a fleet of Toyotas. He thought he was going to have to go to Vegas for tuning so I recommended he hit you up and grab a pulley while he's at it

So you're the dude! Guy called me yesterday saying he was getting a blower from someone and they recommended me, and I couldn't figure out who it possibly was. I appreciate the mention! Dude is gonna get a pulley and then I'll tune it onsite after his mechanic installs it. He sent me a photo of four tundras in a row, and I think said he's owned 16 tundras so far? He broke the previous record of dudes I know who really like tundras hahaha

How dare you interrupt the current topic of transmission filter spacers with engine and supercharger issues.

    exhaust question

would you get different sound if you were to move the mufflers forward than before the axle?
had the x pipe further to the front before the mufflers as to having the x pipe right before the mufflers?

lol you’ve asked this on so many platforms. Yes you’d get a different I’m sure. In regards to this with the spd design this was the optimal way in their design. Even using different materials, exhaust tip shape etc changes tone of sounds

Could be an exhaust leak before the sensor.

You can add a helmz resonator like a few have done. It's def a more aggressive system overall in terms of sound.

Turbochargers do a great job at quieting things down. My SPD went from rowdy to nearly TRD exhaust sound levels.

Not yet and I pray I do not. Holding onto the stock ones just in case they prove to not last though.

Id try a muffler that is longer or has more packing. Aren’t you using carven mufflers? I had the carven catback once. They’re notoriously raspy and loud and do very little muffling. I’d switch them out for some borlas or magnaflows with stainless packing for a smoother deeper tone without rasp.

New crank sensor in. Still nada. I’ll yank a plug and coil see if we got spark and have her crank it so I can double check the regulator at the fuel rail. Def smells like fuel when trying to crank so don’t think it’s a fueling issue.

No way. I’ve been starting this thing weekly for months without issue. Then all of a sudden after a cold snap this issue. No way 8 coils go out or plugs.

    And off topic for Rey.
Got Dex3 in and ran it for a few miles. The s3 solenoid solved my shifting issue...faulty new one.
Shifts well as I can tell. Going from 5-6 I got a hard shift at first. Things settled in as more stop and go miles put on. I do have my torque reduction reduced for firmer upshifts. I will put these values back to stock tomorrow and drive for a bit.

Good to know! I didn't anticipate the fluid being an issue. I ordered a new starter also since the old one comes out anyway for the headers and trans. Monday the big items arrive pics to come. I'm sure we will see those valve bodies in a few weeks time. Run in April is coming quick lol need to get this thing running and dialed.
