I just installed my morimoto tail lights (ordered it directly from them) the passanger side fits normal but driver side has a pretty bad gap on the top and side, is this normal? Super bummed might just go back to stock

I installed Morimoto's on my dad's 2021 and noticed the same thing. Weird panel gaps on both taillights.
