    Hey everybody!
I have a very clean 05 AC with the center console seat option and would like to swap to the 60/40 bench. I have done some research and found the seat rail length is the main problem. However, I cannot find out whether the 05-06 seat rails/brackets are exactly the same size with each option between AC's. I know the conversion does not work as well with an AC and DC but could not find anything on the AC to AC swap. If you have some insight on this procedure I would love to hear it.

I have been looking at carparts.com for seats but would rather just swap with someone, so if there is anyone in the Montana/Idaho/Utah/Wyoming/Colorado area with a 60/40 bench who wants a very clean center console setup please let me know. I am located in Bozeman, MT
Attached below are my front seats.

I would love to do this on my 2003 Regular cab which has the 60/40 bench in gray. Not sure if it would work but I'm in Denver..

@FJ432 If I figure out the swap goes smoothly with a RC I will keep you on my radar as I will be in the front range in May. Maybe we will be able to work something out.

I did the exact same swap you're looking at in a 97 T100. I went from bucket to bench. Most of the the bolts lined up, there was a gap in the carpet but otherwise fine. I'm not sure if it will work in the Tundra, but would assume so.

What's the reason for the swap?

@rock climber I just find the bench more practical as I am often carrying lots of people to ski, bike, surf etc. It is also nice to be able to sleep in the cab relatively comfortably. I have thrown a sleeping pad across the front bench of my buddies truck and slept very soundly albeit a bit crunched. I also have a very energetic pup who does not love the center console.

Fair enough, hope you find a good set to swap.

I would gladly do it if there was a way to swap from a DC to AC. I want to get rid of my bench seat so badly. If you can figure that out let me know.

I liked my bench seat in my 2005.
The kids were little then and I could easily fit 6 people..
