Specifically applying the brakes while reversing. And when was the last time the rear brakes were adjusted or changed?

 

I asked her lol but she wasn’t confident enough to do it haha

 

I’ve owned the truck for almost two years now and they were brand new when I purchased the truck. The emergency break works good and they seem to my knowledge be adjusted good enough

 

There was another user on here that had the same issue in reverse. I think it was wheel bearing, but it may've been u-joint. I just can't remember now.

I'm getting a quote on Monday for the rear wheel bearings so hopefully it goes away after I get those fixed. I plan to also grease the drive line today and maybe that will solve my problem. At least I can narrow it down a little by doing somethings.

 

Got about 5 inches this morning. Nothing to brag about. Spent 1/2 the morning shoveling out since it was water logged snow from the rain.

It could, the forces are opposite of one another, and if something is flexing and rubbing one way, it might not the other. Just spitballin though

Too much damage. Back window surround. Bottom window lip. And it looks like it's cracked at the base of the forwardmost pillar, looks like spidering below the window, and a full-on crack on the other side. I zoomed in and threw some filters at it, doesn't look like it's part of a reflection.

I didn't notice as much as you did, but it ain't no $750 topper lol. I paid $200 for mine and it's in about the same shape.

 

I paid 1250 for a leer with windoors I regret my purchase lol

 

You could buy one new in 2002 for $995.

 

I looked into new ones and it was around 5k for what I wanted

 

Yikes! They’ve really gone up in price.

 

I would honestly pay $1000 for the right one. If it had windoors, color match, keys, right style etc. I was wanting one on the cheap, so I set the budget at $500 for color matched or black and I would evaluate each on its features. Finally came across one 10yrs later for $400.

 

I paid 1250 no locks no color match and in rough condition lol ‍♂️ I really wanted the windoors lol

 

There was so much ice on my truck I broke my ice scraper in the process of trying to get the ice off. I has to use plastic body panel pullers to wedge into my door to open it this morning. Dang.

 

Installed this 10k 2 post lift for a friend of mine over the weekend. Really makes me want one.

 

It's so nice to have. My buddy Craig had one, and my friend Chuck down in FL does too. It makes life hella easier. I wish I could install one in my garage, but the ceiling isn't tall enough. It's not even tall enough for me to lift and clear my camper shell if I wanted.

PS - your buddy has great musical taste.

 

I'm fine height wise but severely lacking in square footage these days. For me a lift would have to include a 15x30 addition to the shop, otherwise I'm shooting myself in the foot for non automotive tasks.

Dude is a punk encyclopedia, you guys would get along great.

 

At my cousins shop he had a in ground spider lift, you could drive over it if needed and didn’t really take up any space
