Assuming you did see her picture, which clearly showed her bodacious ta-tas about to jump out of her dress through the screen, I would think her name would be irrelevant to the task of decoding the abbreviation.

Brought my wife flowers yesterday after work.

Today, I have a card and a wood wick candle for her to replace the one she accidentally dropped a couple weeks ago.

 

I get my wife roses delivered to her office a few days before Valentine's every year via 1-800-flowers. This year she sent back pictures of horrible roses, and said they were delivered in a box (I pay the uplift for fresh and arranged every time). She was disappointed. So I got on the chat tool with 1-800-flowers to get the problem fixed. Mind you, the occasion has passed, so getting new flowers delivered wasn't really optimal; but I thought it might be acceptable. Nope. 50% off of my next order, and get the fuck out. An hour I argued with that dimwit about their entire screw-up. "Your order has already been delivered..." "No, something not resembling my order was delivered. My wife received 0% of the 2 dozen fresh pretty flowers I ordered, so give me a full refund or send the flowers I ordered." An HOUR of that back and forth bullshit before the guy simply hung up on me. It's a chat tool, not a live convo, so I was multitasking (and arguing and solving problems is what I do for a living), so I wasn't inconsolably mad. But I clicked on the button to reopen the chat. Once I explained the situation, the person on the chat went off for 6 or 8 minutes to 'check on things', and came back to tell me that I'd receive a 100% refund. smfh.

What a day. Been dumping since the wee hours of the night so we took the bikes out for a spin. I sold mine a few years back but my buddy has 2 so I still get to go play every now and again. Now I've got to recharge and get ready for work.

I had this exact same issue a few years ago, but my wife didn't get the flowers on the scheduled day of delivery , the 14th.
I think the 14th was on Monday so the flowers would be there all week to 'enjoy'.
The said 'we can deliver them tomorrow', nope the moment is gone.
'We can discount your next order', there won't be another order.
Got my money back.

That evening, before I knew that the flowers weren't delivered, I hinted around 'how was your day' etc. and got nothing.
I finally asked if she got the flowers and she said no.
I wasn't happy, I had already left cards and stuff out that morning she saw when she made her coffee.

After that, I started ordering them from a local florist and they delivered them.
No issues since.
Not sure how far you are away from Dallas but McShands is a good place for flowers.
They can do out-of-town orders using other local florists.
