Was hoping the hive mind could help here. When I bought my truck CPO, it had the OEM tonneau cover on it. Not terribly long after I had the bed LineX'd, and of course that seal at the front of the bed, near the cab wasn't salvageable. So far, I've not replaced it as I'd reached out to a few dealerships asking for that part, as well as the manufacturer for the OEM unit. None would sell me just that.

It's about 1-1.5" wide, adhesive back and fits in the channel.

Does anyone have any suggestions for getting this? Or even another material/part that I can trim to fit, or any other solutions? I don't get a lot of water in the bed, but I'd like to make that closer to zero if possible.

Id look at some auto weather stripping that might work. Or even some window/door weather strip that could work that could be picked up at one of the home stores.

All you need is something about the same size, rubber, to get the seal back. Adhesive backed would be great but you could use some silicone adhesive if needed.

I am sure there is weatherstrip kits easily available for camper toppers....could also work for your situation.

Lastly, I searched tonneau cover weather-strip on google and got a ton of hits of in stock possibilities.

I'd even considered going back to the local LineX shop, that also does camper tops and tonneau installs to inquire with them.

Was hoping for an OEM part number, but have no clue if Toyota even sells that piece separately, or only as part of the kit.

The oem seal is low quality. Go to home depot or any hardware store and go to the weather stripping section. I threw away the stuff they gave me and bought something thicker.
