I verified the no can bus before he tried. I'll have him shutdown firewalls. He's an apple guy using windows for first time...

Found an ECB-1 on eBay, offered 150, they accepted.

Not sure but the ecu can be finicky or takes a few drive cycles to get settled.

Was pulling out another Fedex truck in my neighborhood today and forgot to go into 4lo and did it in 4hi. Got the wonderful High Transmission Temp warning.

So now get to change my transmission fluid like the rest of you guys getting new valve bodies haha. Sounds like doing the drain and fill (3ish quarts) then draining the return line for the cooler (3x 3 quarts) is the way to go?

That gets it done in one shot, but others also do multiple drain/fills over a few weeks. I personally like seeing when the old is gone and only bright red is flowing through. Just don't run your pan dry while doing it. 4qts comes out surprisingly quick once it starts.

I received the HPS silicone 90* coupler and promptly cut it up to fit. Finally have the 103mm throttle body physically installed. I still need to program the D2A, and do a HP Tuners throttle relearn, and then get Sniv some logs.

That's good to know. I wasctrying to remember from the past post if they had them in stock or waiting from Australia. I know the pans will be shipping shortly.
    Thanks

For the 103mm TB are you still at 30% airload increase from stock? I thought of trying it again but the little 1900 only has a max snout opening of 94.5mm. Reason I went with the 95mm. But I do have to say the 103mm ripped when I had it. Not sure if it was just the newness from the 84mm RcF.

Per Colton's update email, Whipple shipping ETA is 3/28.
I guess i better start getting a gameplan for the install. I've done exactly nothing to prepare.

I still haven't decided if i want to tackle pulling the exhaust manifold myself to install the wideband or if i want to find a shop to do it.

If you have a stock downpipe it's easy, just some long extensions and it's three bolts, then two by the cats and pops right off.

I've got stock manifold and downpipes then the TRD exhaust.

Is this pretty much it (Starting at 3:03)

Edit: Passenger side better to do? (Starting at 1:47)

You don't need to remove the manifolds, just the downpipe connected to them, disconnect the 3 flange nuts holding the downpipe to the manifold, and 2 bolts connecting the downpipe to the catback exhaust, then drop the pipe.
