Yesterday was plus 3 degrees so I took the opportunity to lay on my back on a little piece of plywood. I found that I needed to thread the bolts in equally, that is a little on one bolt then switch to the other. From what I could tell this is needed because the bushing on the sway bar needs to be compressed slightly as you torque the bolts down. After I snugged the bolts down I started at 35 ft lbs and worked up to 55 as I read the horror story of the guy with the sequoia that had the tack welds on the nuts break off.

Rough Country wheel liners, mud flaps, TufSkinz gloss black tailgate lettering, JDMCAR console organizer. That’s it.
Installed Rough Country Wheel Liners and Sunsdrew Mud Flaps. WeatherTech Mud Flaps were on back order and I decided to spend 1/3 the price to test these.

Install including “cleaning the areas” took 57 min for all. Only hitch was the outboard bolt on LR wheel liner didn’t perfectly line up. It works, but slightly skewed. And the Phillips head screws (green in picture) on both rear flaps. Not an ideal access point with wheel on.

But all fits as expected, and hopefully will protect the front end of the stock running boards (mud/dirt covered).

    $165 total well spent, hopefully.

Got the tailgate spoiler installed and wired. Now the back has marker lights to match the front. I was going to have it painted to match, but honestly, the black camo pattern looks great with the gray truck so I'm going to leave as-is.PXL_20250209_164446680~2.jpg

new Rekgen mud flaps. Tires stuck out a bit so needed a little more coverage than the factory mud flaps.

There is a cigarette lighter 12 v in that nook. They covered it up nicely with that little metal grill piece, looks sharp.

Do you find the radar detector useful at all? Last time I used mine on a long trip it was next to useless. There are now so many cars and trucks that have radar sensors not to mention all the hidden radar units along the interstates every few miles. My detector was constantly going off and I had to shut it off. (Even in City mode while on the highway)

I spent several hours designing a 3D printed bracket to hold my radar detector and was excited to get to use it for the first time only to be disappointed by it's constant false alarms.
