Ugh. Let me start by saying this: I like this thread, I like the online personas of the people who contribute to it.

Observation over the last few weeks: Am I the only one noticing how political it is becoming? Can't seem to get through one page without it. I'm only asking because I think it has been quietly building up. If that is intentional and is a new vibe, cool, just say so, but I'm not sure it is. I dip in here every few days and it becomes really obvious when trying to read through 2-10 pages to get caught up. Figured I'd mention it.

This is not meant to be confrontational. I know I don't have to be here, I know I don't have to read this thread and I'm not whining about hurt feelings and all that bullshit. Just asking if anyone else is noticing it and if it is intentional or not. It seems that setting precedence is a rather big trend these days and figured I'd raise the question/observation.

 

Isn't it just a general proclamation of support, like "amen" our "hooah"?

 

Fair point and I'm just as guilty of it as many others here. We had to rein in the NSFW pictures recently too. Sometimes stuff just gets away from you.

I definitely think we have a longer leash in this thread. So far, we have kept it reasonable whilst dipping our toes into political current events.

We are in such wild and exciting times as a country, it's hard not to dabble.

 

My preferred go juice for Blu as well. We don't get the NO E flavor in 87, only 91 at KwikTrips (same as KwikStar) up here.

Reminds me of a water tank failure we had around 35 years ago. With all the talk about flushing out tanks, I’ve never done it and the water tank failure was not due to corrosion on the bottom but it was on the top of the tank, a weld plug that sprung a leak and was spraying out. The catch pan was not useful in that failure. Good luck, supposedly a tankless water heater will supply all the water you need and at a 30% savings.

I flipped the safety valve and it reseated itself.

I've tried draining from the bottom a couple times and it's always been clear, clean water so I figure I'm ok on the corrosion front.

 

Nice price for alcohol free. I use alcohol free gas in my lawn equipment, it is not readily available except select places. (I paid) It was $5.50 a gallon at a station near me. I don’t use much, so it’s not worth driving further to find a different station.
