I ended up ordering a aftermarket one from Garage Alpha Offroad. After seeing all of the finished products I was sufficiently motivated to pull the trigger. I'm done looking at this dated chrome grille. I still want to track down an OEM one but this will hold me over for now. I also got a pair of Sequoia LEDs. Anyone know where I can get a harness and filler panels ?

I bought an aftermarket one on Ebay. It seems okay enough, havent had a chance to install yet, but the one thing that is concerning me is that it has the Sequoias hood-latch built in to the plastic. It isnt the same as the Tundras so now I need to buy a new Hood latch alongside it.

Has anyone else that bought one of the ebay specials run into this and found an easier solution?

I bought the Garage Alpha Offroad one, overall I'm disappointed in the quality. It's lacking, especially considering the price for an OEM one (when we used to be able to get them )

The center grille is very flimsy, there's defects in the plastic all around, but if ya squint it's mint.

WHM, I have a 2007 in the same color and LOVE how yours turned out! I've been trying to source the grill, and see the ebay seller that you used still has them. I also was curious where you got your lights, as I've been looking at black trim ones like that. How satisfied are you with the quality of that grill? I saw a few comments about the ones from GarageAlphaOffroad not being the best quality, but at this point I guess are options are limited, seeing as every OEM site has them listed as DISCONTINUED or NO LONGER AVAILABLE. Thanks!

SkipperPete, sorry to reply on such an old post, but I am looking for some lower cost headlights and I like the ones with the black trim that you have. Can I ask where you got them? Thanks.

Hey guys, I'm late to the party on this one. Had to order aftermarket. Is the interior of the OEM Sequoia grills painted or just unfinished black ABS? I'm going to have to get mine painted and want to make sure it looks right.

    Thanks in advance.

I was wondering the same thing. Trying to figure out if I'll leave it unfinished or let them shoot it black while hitting the side stripes.
