My Limited premium headlights have white LED daylight running lights. When the front turn signal activates they change to amber and I’m wondering if it’s computer controlled or a relay.

What I would like is for the amber to be the DRL and then flash when turning. Any handy diagnostic guys out there who can figure this out?

Were you able to find a solution? I would like to do this as well along with having side mirror signals on and flash when using the turn signal.

For my premium lights they are all CANBUS controlled so I don’t think it can be done without switching the headlight out to an aftermarket if one wanted to. I’ve moved on from that idea

Ohh I see, I have a TRD PRO so I believe mine would be the same as well.

I have wanted to do the same thing since purchasing my22 Limited with premium lights. There was a company called Diode Dynamics or a similar name that had a kit for the Ford factory lights. It did exactly what you are talking about.
