I unplugged my battery a while ago when doing some electrical work and now it's random that my seat will go back to where it is programmed to be when I push the start button. How do I fix this? I've just been living with it but I want it to do it everytime. Most of the time it doesn't and I have to manually move it.

you likely have to redo the pre-delivery set-up.

its like full forward, full reverse , full tilt back and forth.

google it, its teh same for most Toyotas, its basically teaching the computer the limits of what it can do and then you can program your memory settings.

Can't hurt to try it. Run it all the way back and forward, all the way up and down, then seatback all the way back and forward.
